Founded by the late Tigist Lulesegd, the business began as a veterinary and grooming office, driven by Tigist’s unwavering love and compassion for animals. When Tigist passed away, her daughters took on the responsibility of carrying on her legacy. After careful consideration, they made the tough decision to move on from the location that had been home for so many years. It was time for change—a fresh start that embraced new possibilities, yet remained grounded in the core values Tigist had instilled: compassion, excellence, and a profound love for animals.

Thus, Luxe n Luminous was born.
